1. Acceptance of these terms

By opening an account with Revulnox or using any part of our website or platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use the platform you must be at least 18 years old, be resident in Great Britain, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not be subject to any law or restriction that prohibits you from using services of this kind. We may ask for evidence of your identity and residence at any time.

3. Our services

Revulnox provides technology for market analysis and the automated execution of trades within parameters that you set. We do not provide investment advice or personal recommendations, and nothing on the platform should be read as advice on whether a particular transaction is suitable for you.

4. Risk acknowledgement

You acknowledge that trading cryptoassets and contracts for difference involves a high level of risk and may result in the loss of all the money you invest. CFDs are leveraged products, so losses can exceed what you might expect from the size of a position. Automation and risk controls can reduce, but never remove, that risk, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

5. Your account and responsibilities

You must give us accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details and two-factor authentication device secure, and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to manipulate markets, interfere with the security or operation of our systems, reverse-engineer our software, or use automated tools to copy or scrape content from the website. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

7. Fees and charges

Any spreads, fees or charges that apply to a transaction are shown on the platform before you confirm it. We will give you reasonable notice before introducing any new fee or changing an existing one.

8. Intellectual property

All content, software, trademarks and designs on the website and platform belong to Revulnox or its licensors. You may use them only to access our services for your own personal use, and not for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for losses arising from market movements, from your own trading decisions or settings, or from events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms from time to time and will let you know of any material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.
